Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request using the form below.

Important:

• Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3–5 days before the estimated delivery date.

• Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.

• Once the supplier has started processing your order, cancellation may not be possible.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our refund policy.
